Seagrove Retreat  is a one acre fenced compound. At the top is the parking area, garage and caretaker's quarters.  On the second level and completely private is Seagrove Casa and pool.  On down to the water is Seagrove Casita and deep water dock.
Renting Seagrove Retreat. Having the whole place to yourself is ideal and offers the maximum privacy and enjoyment. The Seagrove Casa can sleep up to eight, and the Seagrove Casita sleeps up to four. In Season (Dec through April) the weekly rate is $2500.00  Off Season (May through Nov) the weekly rate is $2200.00
Renting The Seagrove Casa Only. The Seagrove Casa with its three air conditioned ensuite bed rooms and spacious living area can sleep up to eight people. The pool is private for The Main House guests. Guests of the Seagrove Casa have exclusive use of the Seagrove Casita deep water dock and slated seawall area to swim in the ocean from and launch kayaks. The Seagrove Casita is never rented while guests are renting the Seagrove Casa. In Season (Dec through April) weekly rate is $2000.00 Off Season (May through Nov) the weekly rate is $1800.00
Renting The Seagrove Casita Only. The Seagrove Casita is on the water with one air conditioned bed room and kingsize bed. It has a blow up queensize bed that fits comfortably in the living area. Guests of the Seagrove Casita have exclusuive use of the dock, the floats, noodles and kayaks. It is a great place to swim off of. No sand flies. Guests of the Seagrove Casita also have exclusive use of the Seagrove Casa pool and porches.   Seagrove Retreat is never rented to two different groups at one time. This ensures maximum privacy for our guests. In Season (Dec through April) weekly rate is $850.00.                        Off Season (May through Nov) weekly rate is $750.00

Deposit.  A reservation deposit of 50% is  due at booking and the balance due two weeks before arrival. Deposits will be refunded for cancellations made sixty days in advance. A refundable security deposit of $500.00 is required before your arrival at Seagrove Retreat. Credit Cards Accepted. Visa; Master Card; American Express; and Discover. We also accept bank transfers.
